Strategic site of approx. 260,000 sqft at exit 103 of highway 55 between Drummondville and Sherbrooke to develop a highway service center including gas station for trucks, cars and snowmobiles, restaurants, convenience store and others services. Support from the community for this project since there is a lack of services in the area. GST/QST are applicable on the price.
